I had my daith piercing done by Barbie, and I couldn’t recommend her more! She had already been so supportive in helping me with concerns from previous piercings done elsewhere, so I knew I was in good hands.

I mean i don’t even know where to start - absolutely cannot thank Barbie enough for today! got my mantis piercings done, she was super transparent about everything regarding healing, jewellery, downsize and process. so comforting the whole way through, really made me feel at ease even though i HAAATE getting nose piercings. so many fun chats and 1000% one of the best ever piercing experiences i’ve ever had (and i have had a loooot).

Beautiful space, accessible and sensory friendly. Barbie, the person doing my piercing, made sure to ask what sensory needs she could accomodate, asked me about my plushie i brought with me and was a great piercer. even my mother felt comfortable letting me get my septum pierced in this space.

I walked in because something caught my eye in the window and I decided to spontaneously get my helix and conch done. Paige was so helpful in figuring out placements and piercings. I chose from Barbie’s personal brand, Ruby Tuesday. Pretty gemstones and dainty gold were in my top picks.

She made me feel totally at home and relaxed when I got my ears pierced. She's really firendly, made sure I was happy with the placement, gave really clear and detailed aftercare advice and encouraged me to get in touch if there were any issues.

She has helped me rehab dud piercings done by others, provided styling advice and ideas, helped me order custom pieces, is full of healing knowledge, has a great in-store jewellery collection and is an extremely generous person with her time and expertise.

I got my conch pierced today! Barbie was my piercer, she did an amazing job! Very helpful and hygienic/sanitary service. Highly recommend if you ever wanna get a piercing, all the staff there are lovely.

I walked in on the weekend without an appointment and Barbie was incredibly welcoming, attentive and patient! I was looking at getting a new piercing and was also after some advice following a few poor experiences with piercings elsewhere. Barbie was very thorough, spent the time explaining differences in metals, proper piercing techniques and ensuring I had the correct anatomy and picked an appropriate piece for my new piercing. It was great to leave feeling informed and confident after a piercing, would definitely recommend!
